Founded in 1976, the Master Singers of Worcester (MSW) is a non-profit community chorus for experienced singers, from young adult to senior, under the direction of Artistic Director Ed Tyler. We perform 3-4 concerts annually, solo or in collaboration with other cultural and arts organizations. Our repertoire spans centuries, cultures and languages, including familiar masterworks and lesser known choral works . We often present first performances and area premieres by contemporary as well as local composers. Weekly rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings at Salem Covenant Church in Worcester.
The Master Singers To Go is a smaller choral ensemble of MSW singers performing at public events and private functions.
