The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts presents world-class performances and headlining acts including Broadway hits, comedians and everything in between on its main stage for audiences up to 2,300. In 2008, the theatre was a winner of a National Trust for Historic Preservation Award for its renovation and restoration of the original 1904 building. Since its opening, POLLSTAR consistently ranks The Hanover Theatre as one of the Top Theatres in the World. Its conservatory offers dance, acting, singing and technical design classes, both online and in person, to students of all ages in state-of-the-art studios. The organization’s mission is to foster a love and appreciation for the performing arts in audiences of today and tomorrow and its most recent initiative, THT Repertory (THT Rep), is committed to engaging, entertaining and energizing audiences with dynamic theatrical events made in and for Worcester’s BrickBox Theater, focusing on classics, modern classics and classics-inspired works.
