The New England Jazz Enrichment Foundation was founded to present and promote musical performance and educational opportunities in New England, most specifically, currently focused in Massachusetts. From scholarships for lessons and instrument rentals for our youth to performance opportunities in local communities which have included creating events such as the Newton and Worcester Jazz Festivals, the JazzBoston JazzWeek’ and Newton Festival of the Arts’ High School Jazz Band showcases featuring local and young talent sharing the stages with seasoned professionals… Music is a universal language that reaches many be they professional, amateur or a person in need.
